Supplication when stricken with a mishap or overtaken by an affair

‘ The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allaah , than the weak believer and there is goodness in both . Strive for that which will benefit you , seek help from Allaah and do not despair .
If a mishap should happen to befall you then do not say’ If only I had acted .. such and such would have happened’ Rather , say : ‘ Allaah has decreed and what He wills , He does .’…for verily ‘ If ’ lets in the work of the devil .’

Welcome to the Internet

The Internet is a gigantic web which connects computers around the world . It allows people to share information about all sorts of subjects . It is now part of modern life . But the Internet ( or ‘ the net ’ ) has been around for quite a long time . In fact , the first Internet was set up in 1969 .

The Virtual Classroom

A virtual classroom is a way of doing school work on the Internet . It doesn’t mean that you don’t have a teacher or that
you don’t go to school .

* For example :

- You were ill all this week and couldn’t go to school . It is nearly the end of term and you don’t want to fall behind before the examinations .

* What could you do ?

- You key in the address of your school website (www.nozhaschools.com), next you give your username and password and suddenly you are in a virtual classroom

- Virtual classrooms are classrooms of the future . They will help students who are ill or who live in distant places as well as ordinary students . All of this is possible because students and teachers are able to work on a special folder which is entered through the password . On the folder there will be        a menu where , for example , you can find today’s homework . Teachers will leave answers to your questions . You can even leave messages for the teachers .

What we apply in our school is similar to this.

WHY I’M PROUD OF MY SCHOOL ?

It teaches good manners . It follows and applies the latest techniques in Education . It opens a wide window on the world . It presents a unique method for learning and getting information dealing with all school subjects .

You can log yourself onto the internet to get all that you need of revision worksheets , samples of monthly tests ( provided with answers ) , mid-year tests and final tests . It is truly a modern electronic school .

If you take all this into account, it is no

wonder that I’m proud of my school .

THE FUTURE

This is how scientists see the 21st century:

2010:  Soon you won’t use a mobile phone to talk to people . You’ll have a video phone watch . This watch will also have the Internet. So, you’ll have everything on your wrist.

2030:  In the future , cars will be very different . They won’t  have drivers and there won’t be any accidents . Computers will plan the journey and drive the cars .

2050:  People will have cute, clever and quiet electronic pets . Robots will replace cats and dogs . These robots will love their owners and they won’t bite or scratch them .

2070:  The Medi-bed will be the doctor of the future . People will have it at home and when they need a check – up , they will just lie on it .It will examine them and tell them if there is a problem with their health .

2100:  There will be hotels in space . Before the end of the century, holidays will be out of this world ! Do you want to know why? The rooms won’t have a view of the sea or mountains but a view of the Earth and other planets .

As for the 22nd century , that’s another future .

What they said about the Future :

# You can never plan the future by the past .

Edmund Burke ( 1729 – 1797 ) : Member of Parliament.

# You cannot fight against the future . Time is on our side .

W . E Gladstone ( 1809 – 1898 ) : British Prime Minister .

# I never think of the future . It comes soon enough .

Albert Einstein (1879–1955) : Physicist , Nobel prize winner

Also , the left hemisphere controls speech, reading , writing and calculations. The right is the creative side , controlling , for example artistic appreciation.
